By accessing or using the neurocollective website, enrolling in any certification program, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and neurocollective LLC. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional terms may apply to specific services, such as certification program enrollment agreements. Where additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will govern for that specific service.

To use our services and enroll in certification programs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or
• Be an authorized representative of an organization enrolling on behalf of its employees or members

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

When you enroll in a neurocollective certification program, we provision your access to course materials through our learning management system (LMS) partner, Southern Nazarene University (NSU) Blackboard.

• LMS access is provisioned within 1 business day of payment confirmation
• You will receive access credentials via the email address you provided during enrollment
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or if you have violated these Terms.

Certification programs and services are offered at prices listed on our website at the time of enrollment. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD).

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Certification programs require a one-time payment at the time of enrollment
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address upon successful processing

We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments. Price changes do not affect existing enrollments or pending transactions.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. For complete details on cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and the request process, please refer to our Fulfillment Policy.

• Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment, no questions asked
• Refunds are not available after the 14-day period for digital access that has been provisioned

Upon successful completion of a neurocollective certification program, you will be awarded the corresponding credential (e.g., L1 AIE Practitioner). Your use of this credential is subject to the following conditions:

• Credentials are personal and non-transferable
• You may represent yourself as holding the credential in professional contexts, resumes, and profiles
• Credentials are verifiable by third parties through https://neurocollective.ai
• You may not imply that your credential represents an endorsement or partnership with neurocollective beyond the certification itself
• Misrepresentation of credential status may result in revocation

We reserve the right to revoke credentials in cases of fraud, material misrepresentation during enrollment, or violation of these Terms.

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with neurocollective services are owned by or licensed to neurocollective LLC.

• Course materials, assessments, and certification content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only for the duration of your program enrollment
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written permission
• The PACE framework, Bold AI methodology, and associated assessment tools are proprietary to neurocollective

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described above.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or LMS access with any other person
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials, assessment content, or certification resources
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information during enrollment or assessment processes
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from our services

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, credential revocation, and potential legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• neurocollective LLC provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• In no event shall neurocollective LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Oklahoma, USA, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will:

• Notify enrolled users via the email address associated with their account
• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Post the revised Terms on our website

Material changes will take effect 30 days after notification. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
